No. While IEPs and 504 Plans only apply to K–12 schools, students can still receive disability accommodations in college.
To get started, you’ll need to meet with a staff member from Student Access & Disability Services (SDS). They will help you identify the accommodations and support available at the college level.
After you apply to ECC and receive your student ID number, complete the Student Access & Disability Services Registration Form to request accommodations.
If you use assistive technology or need help completing the form, the SDS team can provide alternative formats and support—just let them know your accessibility needs.
