The New Student Orientation (NSO) at ECC consists of 3 parts:
If you have not finished all of the steps mentioned earlier, your NSO in the system will be marked as "Incomplete."
If you are certain that you went through the entire orientation and finished every step, but you still cannot register, contact our AccessECC help desk at 847-214-7570 or via email at AccessECC@elgin.edu.
