Here are some items that should be on your to-do list when considering attending Elgin Community College. 

• Check out the campus online.
• Sign up for an in-person tour with a Recruiter.
• Apply using our free online application.
• Submit official 8th-semester high school transcripts to the ECC Admissions Office for review at admissions@elgin.edu.
• Submit your ACT or SAT scores to the Admissions Office at admissions@elgin.edu.
• Send your college transcripts for evaluation if you've attended another college.
• Sign-up for Placement Testing.
• Complete the Online New Student Orientation.
• Apply for FAFSA Financial Aid.
• Find a scholarship to apply for.
