If you're between 16 and 24 years old, Elgin Community College has an awesome opportunity for you! We're offering free tuition and books for eligible participants in our Future Workforce Leaders Program. This program includes short-term certificates and various training programs to help you explore different career paths. You can even earn your high school equivalency certificate, occupational training certificate, or gain valuable work experience in your chosen field while you're in the program. Benefits of joining the Future Workforce Leaders Program:

1. All your program costs are covered – that includes tuition, fees, books, and required supplies.
2. Get personalized support from a program advisor who can connect you with community resources, help you prepare for the GED® exam, and even guide you toward additional college classes and programs.
3. Since we're focused on helping you secure long-term employment, you'll also receive assistance with job searches, including support with your résumé and interview skills.
4. We understand life can get busy, so we also provide limited help with transportation and referrals for childcare. We've got you covered!
