I finished my New Student Online Orientation but when I try to register for classes it says that I didn't. Why is that?


The New Student Orientation (NSO) at ECC consists of 3 parts:

  1. Watching an online orientation, at the end of which, you will take a quiz and will be prompted to schedule a meeting with an academic advisor.
  2. Scheduling a meeting with an academic advisor.
  3. Meeting with an advisor, either in person or over Zoom®.

If you have not finished all of the steps mentioned earlier, your NSO in the system will be marked as "Incomplete."
